One, thirty-minute personal training session with a certified personal trainer. Customized for your needs, either it be questions about form and technique or a quick personalized every day workout.
Come once a week for a month or get 4 straight days of training you schedule the sessions as you wish to. Talk to Jen and her assist you decide which is the best way to mix up this pack.

3 workouts each week will be sure to target every muscle group and give the definition you've been looking for! Workouts are only 30 minutes so you'll easily be able to get your 3 workouts in for the week.
